Asymmetri Work is where we build software for individuals and small teams. We’re starting with a familiar problem: keeping track of tasks, context and results when several AI workers are involved.
The problem we’re working on
The handoffs take time.
Using several AI conversations means keeping track of which one has the latest context, what each is doing and what still needs review. We want the workspace to carry more of that bookkeeping.
- Say what you need
- Give each task a clear result to work toward and say what is out of scope. It helps the worker, and gives you something to check.
- Keep the context nearby
- Keep the task, its messages and its output together so you can follow what happened without piecing it together from separate chats.
- Make review part of the job
- Read the result, question it and decide what should happen next. Some actions need your approval before the work can continue.
Starting with BotSquad
Our first attempt at making this easier.
BotSquad is early, open source and self-hosted. It gives AI workers names, tasks and a place to pass work along. You can try it, read the code and see how it handles review.

Reviewing a pitch and reviewing AI work both involve looking closely at how a result was reached. Our sports work began with that kind of patient, frame-by-frame attention.
