Asymmetri Labs
Asymmetri Labs explores experimental technology for individuals and small teams. We start with a practical question, build something we can inspect, and share what we learn. BotSquad is our first open-source project.
The problem we’re working on
Using several AI conversations means keeping track of which one has the latest context, what each is doing and what still needs review. We want the workspace to carry more of that bookkeeping.
Starting with BotSquad
BotSquad is experimental, open source and self-hosted. It gives AI workers names, tasks and a place to pass work along. You can try it, read the code and see how it handles review.
Assign tasks to AI workers, follow their conversations and review what they produce. BotSquad keeps the work in a shared workspace that you host.

Run BotSquad on an operator-controlled Ubuntu HQ. The current interface is a private browser workspace reached through an SSH tunnel; it is not a hosted SaaS service or a public HQ login.
Reviewing a pitch and reviewing AI work both involve looking closely at how a result was reached. Our sports work began with that kind of patient, frame-by-frame attention.
